Shawn Mendes Announces Massive World Tour Starting in Toronto

The Canadian pop star will kick off his biggest tour yet with three sold-out shows at the Rogers Centre.

Shawn Mendes has officially announced his most ambitious world tour to date, with the journey beginning in his hometown of Toronto. The tour, dubbed "Wonder 2.0," will span 75 cities across five continents and is expected to be the biggest production of his career.

The announcement came via a heartfelt video posted to Mendes' social media channels, where he expressed his excitement about returning to the stage. "I've missed this more than I can say," Mendes shared. "And there's no place I'd rather start than home."

The Toronto shows, scheduled for March 2026 at the Rogers Centre, sold out within minutes of tickets going on sale. Additional dates in Vancouver, Montreal, and Calgary were quickly added due to overwhelming demand from Canadian fans.

Mendes has been teasing new music for months, and fans can expect to hear fresh material alongside beloved hits from his extensive catalog. The production will feature state-of-the-art visuals, a full orchestra for select songs, and several surprise guest appearances.

Industry analysts predict the tour could gross over $200 million, cementing Mendes' status as one of the most successful touring artists of his generation. The singer has also announced that a portion of proceeds from each show will go toward environmental causes, a cause close to his heart.

Pre-sale for international dates begins next week, with general sale following shortly after. Fans are advised to register early, as demand is expected to be unprecedented.
